Bus Cargo V1.0 ATS 1.47

Bus Cargo V1.0 mod for ATS1.47.

New work is to be added to the ATS, it is a bus from the Mexican company TNC.
It is loaded into a semi-trailer platform, to which I have added a few ramps to climb the bus, and some straps to hold it down.
