Bus Traffic Pack V16.2 ETS2 1.46

Bus Traffic Pack V16.2 mod for ETS2 1.46.

Pack adds in traffic 46 new models of buses with about 1500 skins (Setra, Neoplan, Volvo, Man, Mercedes-Benz, Ikarus, Scania, Ayats, Irizar, Temsa, Irisbus, Jelcz, Karosa, Caetano, Optare).  
All standalone, works on any maps.
Compatible with all my packs.
Tested on version 1.46.x

Version 16.2 - added new skins of Italian and Greek real bus operators, improved country definitions
