Config Limit Change V1.0 mod for FS22.

Removal of the config limits
This small script increases the maximum number of possible configs so that you don't hit the limit so quickly.
This means that config junkies, for example, can again offer countless colors to choose from in one config.
Warning: the script does not add any new configs!
