Addition of a new FR registration "black plates"
Added black rims
Changes to modDesc.xml

To celebrate the 200 subscribers on this account, I'm bringing you in collaboration with Nono54, a version edited by myself of his 2019 Seat / Cupra Leon which is no longer produced today. Other versions with various colors will come soon!
PS: You have the agreement of my colleague NONO54 in the .zip file
