Discover Ontario V0.1.3 mod for ATS1.43.x.

First thanks to Mantrid for maintaining Canadream, I hope he will continue.

Added Kingston, Smith Falls, 1000 Islands crossing to U.S.A.

WILL WORK WITH ALL MAPS – You will need ALL DLC
THERE IS NO CONNECTION to Canadreams.

Note: WIP, some roads end WIP
I thought I would make an add-on update for Ontario, then started to enjoy, and got carried away detailing, so far all intersections and, towns are unique, areas taken from maps.
