ETS2 – Removed Black Bags On Signs (1.32.x)

Removed Black Bags On Signs mod for ETS2 1.32.x. This mod removes the black bags which hide city names on signs, so that you can better see them. It’s not a high priority needed Tested in 1.32 open beta
