Small Light Lollipop V1 mod for ETS2 1.31.x.

Orange Small Light Lollipop with Chrome or Black Chrome look
and option for left or right turn signal.

NOTE: Flare configure file is rework SCS default “vehicle orangel.sii”
but it dont replace the original file. I just add the reflection, becouse i notice SCS remove that -.-
