Personalized sounds for Sport Cars Traffic Pack by TrafficManiac. other modifications: some tweaks of max_speed, personalized colors and spawn values

-you must place my mod above the main pack (you only need the base from the pack, ther def is optional)
-don't use this mod for older versions of the main pack, game will crash
