Hi-Res Roads mod for ETS2 1.45.

The mod replaces roads in France, Scandinavia, Italy, the Baltic States and redesigned parts of Germany with high-resolution versions, so that every road line in turns and bends that you see is smooth, unlike angular markings, curbs, curbs, etc. default.

The mod replaces only the road patterns used in the game and does not change the map.
