No Barriers Mod V3 for ETS2 1.44.x

It makes all the closed roads in the game open. removes barriers on all roads. There is no closed road. all dlc works.

Tried in version 1.44. it is working properly.

Changes V3:

- Made some improvements for Version 1.44.

- Fully adapted to Version 1.44.

- With the update of the map, changing roads, buildings and empty areas have been adjusted.

- 35 closed roads have been made open in the new update. 15 Empty land has been made usable.
