Russian Open Spaces and SibirMap Road Connection mod for ETS2 1.47.

I present to you my modest and insignificant road link of two maps - ROS 13 and SibirMap 2.6.0 for patch 1.47.

I tested before release - everything works haha!

It requires all 7 map DLCs and the two aforementioned maps plus RusMap 2.47 to work.
