SpinTires – Eversion and Rotation Speed for Wheels on Default V1.0

Eversion and Rotation Speed for Wheels on Default V1.0 mod for Spintires. I did more inversion and faster the speed of rotation of the wheels (the speed is noticeable only on the keyboard and the gamepad) by default. Including all DLC and Mazy 535/7310.
