The Minsk Wheeled Plant (Belor. Minsk Tzagacho Plant) is a Belarusian company specializing in the production of road and off-road heavy-duty vehicles, trailers, special wheel chassis for the installation of equipment for construction, oil and gas and machine-building complexes. Until 1991, it was part of the Minsk Automobile Plant.
