ETS2 – Fix#2 For Railway Cargo Pack V1.8.4 (1.31.x)

Fix#2 For Railway Cargo Pack V1.8.4 mod for ETS2 1.31.x. Temporary fix #2 for Railway Cargo Pack by Jazzycat v1.8.4 for patch 1.31.x beta. Fix #1 - added cables simulation for all trailers in pack. Fix #2 - fixed bug with steerable axles for some trailers. Replace old fix in mod folder. For ETS2 version 1.31.x beta only!!!
