Amurica Engine Soundmod V0.6 ATS 1.45

Amurica Engine Soundmod v0.6 mod for ATS1.45.

I used professional recordings of Amurican engines!
This is still in a very early stage! More engines and tweaks in the future!

Added a caterpillar engine sound recorded from a Peterbilt 379 to all VANILLA trucks!
Drastically increased all engine volume.
