ATS – Open California’s Highway 1 (1.28.X)

ATS Version: 1.28.x This small mod modify the California’s Highway 1 (Santa Cruz – Santa Maria) and remains open again to traffic, in the same way which was already in previous versions of the map, before SCS will closed this road.
