BC-Fix Truck Lights V1.0 mod for ETS2 1.48.

A small fix that plays a big role and creates a realistic and comfortable atmosphere for being in the game. The modification corrects a bug in truck lighting, when side lights are displayed as low beam. Works in both single player and convoy modes
