Belarus Timezone Fix V2.47 mod for ETS2 1.47.

Updated for RusMap 2.47

Little fix that includes “def/country/belarus.sii” file from RusMap. If loaded after any map that alters that same file (RusMap – ProMods RC) it will add back the correct timezone in Belarus.
