Better Flares V4.3 mod for ETS2 1.49.

Changes:
– Improved flare textures for headlights and street lamps
– Improved headlight patterns for player trucks
– Added 3 more headlight colors for player truck
– Rebalanced street lams intensity
– Various fixes for AI vehicles
– Other minor tweaks

– Completely reworked flares
– Realistic headlights patterns with 6 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
– Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
– Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon
