Bmw X6 Hamann mod for ETS2 1.46.

Changes:
Added animation for opening windows inside and outside only for the left-handed version
Added wiper handle
Added head light switch
Added handle blinking high beam
Tested on 1.46

4 – Interior (2 left-hand drive -2 right-hand drive options) (but they are no different)
Paint in metallic
