ETS2 – Fix For Volga Map V1 (1.35.x)

Fix For Volga Map V1 mod for ETS2 1.35.x.

Removes a crash in the Sennoy area near the cross on DX11 (this is a temporary solution to the problem)
Fix set over volga_map1
