Liftable Heavy Transport Axles V1 mod for ETS2 1.38.x.

This mod makes front axles on Heavy Cargo/Special transport trailers liftable to improve truck handling.
This mod does not require you own own both Heavy Cargo and Special Transport.
It will work with whatever DLC you have.
