ETS2 – Open Window Sounds V1 (1.35.x)

Open Window Sounds V1 mod for ETS2 1.35.x.
Most "Open Window" Sound Mods only increase either the player's truck engine sound or makes the traffic sounds a little louder so you can still hear them. Why not do both!?
