* Fixed rear parking light colour white-->Red

- Trailer appears in Trailer Browser (as variant of Refrigerated)
- Working Trailer Cables (Thanks to CobraBlue6 for finding a more recent version!) and rear parking/running light corrected from white to proper red (again CobraBlue6!)
