Improved Truck Physics V6.3 mod for ETS2 1.49.

Improved Truck Physics - the mod concept has been completely replaced. The settings are set to 50% so that it is possible for everyone to correct the physics for themselves. Someone can make it softer, someone softer.

Changes in v6.3:
- Adapted to the latest game patch 1.49
