Kirov Map-SibirMap Road Connection V1.1 mod for ETS2 1.48.

Added lamps, fixed road not showing up on the UI map near Kazan (thanks to MarcelR181 for reporting!)

Road between Yaransk (Kirov map) and Kazan (SibirMap). this is one of my first ever map mods so don’t expect anything close to quality but hey you can drive between the maps now.

I also removed the train connection to yaransk.
Load above ROS-Kirov RC if you have it
