Route Alaska v1.5 Fix mod for ATS1.44.

Mod adds Valdez City ,and Richardson Highway, Alaska delivery routes.

added new download locations Сhitina, recreated road AK 10 to McCarthy road, bug fixes for the previous version. Have a nice trip to Alaska.To work with other mods, set the def file with high priority.
