Scania NexGen V8 Dashboard mod for ETS2 1.44.

This mod improved SCS Scania NG exclusive dashboard:

- removed information from "George's Radio";
- added low beam icon;
- added engine brake icon;
- added low fuel icon;
- added cruise control speed value indicator on any dashboard page;
- added cruise control memory icon;
- changed color of cruise control activation icon;
- changed color of gear mode indicator;
- added on page "Fuel" guessed operating range of vehicle;
- added page "Trip";
- added trip distance indicator;
- added trip average speed indicator;
- added page with Scania v8 logo;
