Super Single Tires and Wide Wheels mod for ETS2 1.43.x.

This mod copies ATS' wide rear wheels and tires (445/50 Super Single Drive Tires) over to ETS2.
One rim and one tire are unlocked at level 0; others unlock from levels 5-22.
