Tow Bar V1.0.0.1 mod for FS22.

ChangeLog 1.0.0.1:
- Now it can be carried with the hands
- It can be locked with the tension belts

You can pull vehicles with this tow bar.
- Attach the end to the tractor with button Q.
- Drive to the desired tractor which needs to be towed and press X to attach it.
