Volvo FH 2012 Improved Dashboard mod for ETS2 1.48.

Added low pressure indicator
Added engine braking indicator
Added low fuel level indicator
Added circle control indicator
Changed the color of the warning indicator
Changed the pressure band of heavy duty
Fixed the red zone on the oil/air/fuel scale
