Zetor 7045 UKT V1.0 mod for FS19.

The mod is not mine, mine is just a complete repair of the lights, the lights are added, they are registered so that they work as they should, and a new fairing and a slightly modified frame are added, and a blade with pistons and a handle is added, and everything else is the original mod.
